How is the robot controlled?

About the Microsoft Azure Cloud and the CoRa portal. Changes and monitoring are carried out centrally via the cloud.

Where is the data stored?

Your data is stored securely and reliably. By default, storage takes place in our dedicated Microsoft Azure tenant as well as in our own data center in Nuremberg. On request, the data can also be stored in a customer-provided data center – ensuring maximum flexibility and the ability to meet individual security requirements.

Is the robot autonomous?

Yes, navigation, obstacle detection and mobility run locally on the device – without requiring a constant network connection.

How secure is the system?

Our system is built to the highest security standards. Communication takes place exclusively via private NWS networks using SIM cards – with no direct internet connection. In addition, all software is developed 100% in Germany and Austria, ensuring full transparency, control and the highest quality standards.

How long can the robot operate?

Our robot achieves an operating time of approximately 1.5 hours before requiring a charging period of about 2 hours. Actual runtime may vary depending on ambient temperature, driving speed, and the payload being transported.
